The InvestSync Partner Programme is for accounting firms, family offices, wealth managers, and financial advisers who manage InvestSync for several clients.

What the Partner Plan includes

Approved partners can:
  • Manage client organisations from one partner area.
  • Receive one monthly invoice for client subscriptions.
  • Add team members who help manage client work.
  • Use client reporting tools, including scheduled report packs.
  • Access priority support from the InvestSync team.
Partner discounts range from 5% to 20% off the list price for each client subscription. The discount increases with the number of active client organisations managed by the partner. Some benefits, such as white-label reporting and higher levels of support, depend on the partner tier.

After you apply

When you submit a Partner Programme application:
  1. InvestSync emails you to confirm that the application has been received.
  2. The InvestSync team reviews your firm and the information supplied.
  3. The team contacts you to discuss your clients, preferred start date, and suitable partner setup.
  4. If approved, InvestSync emails the application contact with a link to partner onboarding.
There is no action needed while your application is being reviewed.

Complete partner onboarding

The approval email opens a guided setup in the InvestSync app. Sign in with the email used in the application, or create an account with that email if you do not already have one. If you are already signed in when you open the approval link, InvestSync takes you straight to partner onboarding. The onboarding flow covers:
  1. Billing and access agreement — a partner admin confirms responsibility for consolidated billing and authority to manage client access.
  2. Staff — add colleagues who already have InvestSync accounts. This step can be completed later.
  3. White-labelling — create a default style sheet with the firm name, colours, font, and logos used on client-facing outputs. The preview updates as you change the colours and font.
InvestSync also prepares a private demo client account for the partner team. It contains fictional investments, transactions, and portfolio values so staff can explore the platform without using client information. The demo is automatically managed under the partner account and uses the partner’s default white-labelling. It does not count as a paid client organisation. After onboarding, use the partner dashboard to manage client organisations, monthly billing, staff access, report packs, and programme benefits.

Your partner home

When partner staff sign in, the InvestSync home page opens their partner workspace. The page uses the partner firm’s default logo, colours, name, and font when these have been added under Branding. The partner home shows:
  • A shortcut to the private demo client, which uses fictional information and the firm’s white-labelling.
  • An overview of active clients, partner staff, report packs, and the current partner discount.
  • Partner tools for clients, reporting, billing, team access, and white-labelling.
  • Recently linked client organisations and links to programme benefits, domains, and agreements.
The available actions match each person’s partner access. Partner administrators can manage team members, billing access, white-labelling, domains, and agreements. Other partner staff can view the shared partner information and open the client workspaces they have been invited to. If an administrator still needs to accept the agreement or add the first style sheet, the home page shows a prompt to continue partner setup.
